An object show about People that embody emotions mentalities, and feelings who have been trapped in a dirty motel for 1 week and have finally escaped and it seems like the captures are now hosting a competition for the emotion orb which gives the power feel more than just one emotion, hosted by glitchy a black blob who can morph and shape into different forms including (mainly) human, assisted by the stock police officer png and people get eliminated by the random wheel and then get shot causing perma death.  

killing someone gets you banned from the next challenge and you get locked up in a cage which increases your chance of elimination so don't step out of line.

and you'll know which character is which.
